The driver and conductor of a minibus taxi that ploughed into and horrifically killed three little girls in Mdantsane at the weekend are still on the run.
However, despite having tracked down the owner of the taxi, Mdantsane police have not yet made any arrests.Eyewitnesses spoke of reckless driving and of finding a bottle of brandy in the wreck.
